About Jasmin

Jasmin Osmić was born in Tuzla, where he completed music school, specializing in both general music studies and accordion. He began composing while still in high school and later enrolled at the Music Academy in Sarajevo, where he graduated with a degree in composition. In 2011, he completed his postgraduate studies in composition at the same academy. Osmić composes solo and chamber pieces for various instruments, including accordion, piano, violin, flute, clarinet, and others. He has received numerous awards in composition competitions and has presented his works at concerts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Germany… His contributions as a composer have been included in music education textbooks for primary schools. Currently, he works at the Music School in Tuzla.
